Mostly clear skies, light S winds, and several birders hoping for a jaeger.
And hot damn they got their wish!

3 PAJA (#1 was a really fresh int. morph juvie (still had the pale feather tips!) and went south right past then end of the piers in the first hour! Both #2 and #3 were juvie types and were further out in the 3rd and 8th hours, and also were heading south. Nothing like a south wind to get the jaegers moving!)
